Club membership
Membership connects participants with social gatherings and club information. It does not guarantee admission, transportation, lodging, tickets, meals, or availability for any particular event or trip.
Travel and third-party services
Quarterly vacations and travel opportunities are subject to separate details, availability, supplier terms, pricing, cancellation policies, travel-document requirements, and any required waivers. Airlines, hotels, transportation companies, venues, and travel providers are independent parties responsible for their own services.
Personal responsibility
Members are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them, following safety instructions, and maintaining any needed identification, insurance, transportation, or travel documents. Event participation may involve ordinary social, travel, or recreational risks.
Pricing and material terms
Before paying for membership, travel, or an optional event, ask for the total price, what is included, cancellation and refund terms, and any additional required charges. Material terms will be presented before payment is requested.
